What to include
- Before you order: your question, and the post or Reel you have in mind if it helps. To order, paste your link on our homepage: it shows the price and takes you to checkout.
- For an order you placed: your order reference (it starts with IL-) or the Instagram link you ordered for. See order status.
- For a refill: your order reference and the post link. If likes drop within 30 days after delivery, we add them back free.
- For a refund: your order reference and a short note on what happened. See our refund policy.
We never ask for your Instagram password. If anyone asks for it in our name, do not share it.
