Privacy Policy

Last updated:

1. No passwords

Instalikes (instalikespanel.com) never asks for your Instagram password, login codes or access tokens. We only need the public link of your post or Reel.

2. What we collect

  • Your order details: the public Instagram link, the number of likes and the language of the page you ordered on. The order form saves these as soon as you enter them, even if you do not finish your order, so we can help you complete it.
  • Your email address, if you type it on the checkout page or write to us. We use it to complete your order and to send you updates about it.
  • Your messages, if you write to us. We keep your message and your contact details so we can answer you.
  • Technical data: your country (from your connection), a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address to spot repeated or fake orders, and the website or campaign link that brought you to us.
  • Payment confirmation: your payment is handled by a payment provider. We receive the confirmation and its reference. We never see or store your full payment details.

Your browser also keeps your order draft and your email on your own device, so you do not have to type them again on your next visit.

3. How we protect it

Our website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Your order details are kept in our database, and only our team can see them.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share only what is needed to run your order with the services that help us do it:

  • the payment provider that handles your payment;
  • our delivery partner, which receives only the public link and the number of likes;
  • our hosting and database providers, which run the website and store order records for us;
  • an analytics service, as described below.

5. Analytics and cookies

We use an analytics service to count visits and see which pages help people order. It stores small files called cookies in your browser and records pages viewed, buttons used, the type of link entered (post or Reel, never the link itself), the number of likes chosen and general region. We never send your email address or your Instagram link to the analytics service.

Analytics cookies are on by default for all visitors. You can turn them off (or back on) at any time: cookie settings.

6. Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your order records, or ask us to delete them, at any time. Contact us by email at support@instalikespanel.com.

7. Who we are

Instalikes is a social media marketing company based in Canada. When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
